1. Residence, curate and lecturer: The Rector (Mr Tristram Whitter) does not personally reside as he has another living (Holcome Rogus in this County.) but employs me as his curate duly Licenced with a salary of £35 pounds per annum and the use of the parsonage house: where I have servants and frequently am myself, but do not constantly reside as my father lives but two miles from the Parish church.

2. Other benefices: [No answer given]

3. Divine service at other churches: At no church besides my own.

4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lords day with a Sermon in the morning.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. The number of communicants in generall about fifteen or twenty.

6. Catechising of children: Immediately after Whitsunday.

7. Church fabric: All in good repair - and every thing decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: There is no Terrier to be found.

9. Number of families: Forty.

10. Chapels: No Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed papists. Nor meeting houses for dissenting congregations.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick school. No Alms houses, Hospital or other charitable endowment. No parochial Library.

13. Charity: I have made enquiry cannot find that any Lands or other benefactions have been left for charitable uses.
